How to create a form

From your WeDidIt dashboard, click 'forms' on the left hand menu; 


This will take you to the Forms page where you'll find a list of the current forms your organization has created, and/or the button for creating a new Form. Click 'create new form';



This will take you to the Form builder, a page where all the editing tools for your form are. From here you can choose what entries you want, how many, create placeholders for entries, as well as choice options, etc., etc. 


When finished, click 'create' and your form will be saved in the list under the 'forms' tab from the menu.
