Donor did not receive donation email
Your donor should automatically receive 3 post-donation emails. If they did not receive one or all of these donation emails within a few hours of their donation, one of two things could be happening;
One: The donor could have entered their email address incorrectly. Reach out to them to ensure their email address listed is correct and update it if it is not. Once the email address is updated in the WeDidIt system, you will then be able to go into the donor's profile and click the button that says 're-send email'. An email will be sent to the donor immediately after that.
Two: The donor's email server could be set up in a way that would have pushed the email to their spam folder. Have them check their spam folder for the donation email and fix any settings that might be causing this redirection.
