Change your Recurring Payment Info

You can change your payment info for a recurring payment from any of the Confirmation emails you receive from our payment processor, WePay.

In your email inbox, search for this sender:

WeDidIt via WePay <support@wepay.com>

The subject of the email will be:

Payment confirmation

In the email, click where it says: This is a recurring payment. To update your payment preferences click here ».

On the following page, click 'Update Payment Information'.

Enter your updated payment info and click 'Next'.

Enter the email address where you'd like to receive your receipt and click 'Confirm'.
