Submitting a Campaign for Approval

Why do I need to submit my campaign for approval?

We want to make sure that your campaign page looks great and have a chance to provide feedback and offer suggestions.

Who reviews and approves my campaign?

Your fundraising coach will personally review and approve your campaign page once you submit it for approval.

What sorts of things are they looking for?

Any help or feedback they have on the copy, layout, format, images, etc. Common things are just confirming with you on your fundraising goal and any giving levels that you've included.

How long does it take to be approved?

Depending on what time you submit it, it's usually approved within four hours (as long as it's submitted between 9am - 5pm EST M-F).

If you have feedback & suggested edits, what are the next steps?

Your campaign will always be your campaign, so you'll always have final say. We'll just compile our suggestions and email them to you. If you don't want to take our advice, just tell us 'Thanks but no thanks' and we'll go ahead and approve your campaign anyway.

Can I request to remove the approval process?

Absolutely! If you're a campaign page design pro just let your fundraising coach know that you don't need them to review your campaigns. They'll turn the feature off and you're off to the races.
