From the contributions report, you can see all failed donations. Failed donations may be the result of an expired or declined credit card or refund.
Sign in to your WeDidIt account and click the 'Dashboard' button in the top left and then select 'Contributions'.
Select 'Invalid' (1) as the donation type, set the date range you'd like and be sure to click on the specific day (2), then click update (3). The report generated will show you all of your recurring donors.
You can then click 'Download CSV' and generate a full, detailed donors report.
