Why did my settlement report 'fail'?
Your settlement report most likely failed because of a (or multiple) refund(s) being requested by a donor. Based on the timing of the request(s), it could cause a negative balance in your account.
Our payment processor, WePay, prevents your account from dipping into a negative balance by failing to withdraw funds. This ensures there is enough in the account to cover any deficits as a result of refunds/chargebacks.
In essence, refunds must be processed before a settlement report can properly and accurately be generated from your account. Ensure that the donor's refund goes through before again.
